Cosmopolitan Suites - Fira
Magnificent view, excellent service and central location are only a few of the good traits of Cosmopolitan Suites. Couples usually prefer it because it is right in the heart of Fira and there are many other hotels close by for the guests as well since many people cannot be accommodated. The Catholic Church is a few steps away along with the Orthodox church of Fira. All the bars, cafes and shops are right outside the main entrance of the hotel.
Aria Lito - Fira
It is found in the heart of Fira and it is its first year of operation. It used to be a mansion and that's why it looks so much like a house. It has no stairs, it offers large, comfortable rooms, a wide terrace, a beautiful garden with a pavilion ideal for wedding ceremonies, a swimming pool with sun beds and excellent service. It is located a few steps away from the shops, cafes, bars and restaurants of Fira and the Catholic church. There is a parking lot for those of you who will rent cars, believe me it is really hard parking your car in Fira, and there is also a beautiful canava, a wine cellar ideal for wedding receptions and romantic dinners for two.
The Majestic Hotel - Fira
You will find it in Fira 10 minutes from the central square. There, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the serene environment, the large swimming pool and the excellent service of a five star hotel, the only one in Fira! There are plenty of locations for wedding ceremonies and a restaurant, which can accommodate up to 40 people, where a buffet in reasonable prices can be offered to your guests. Note that although the hotel has a beautiful view this is not the view of the caldera that cliff-side hotels offer but the scenery offered is just beautiful. In addition, this hotel is a bit different since it has minimal and modern decoration and not traditional as most hotels of the island.
Tzekos Villas - Fira
Tzekos Villas offers rooms with a splendid view and many locations where wedding ceremonies can take place. This is a large hotel so both you and your guests can stay here. It is located in Fira, five minutes walking distance from the central square, all the shops, restaurants, clubs and cafes.
Right next to Tzekos Villas there is one of the most known restaurants in Fira called Selene where we could arrange your reception. The restaurant offers gourmet cuisine, excellent and subtle service and the most magnificent view.
Andronis Suites - Oia
This is probably the most requested hotel for wedding ceremonies since it offers one of the most beautiful terraces on the island called "Lycabettus", just like the famous hill in Athens. The view faced from that spot is so wonderful and this is the reason why all the couples have the most amazing photos especially if they choose to have a sunset wedding. The terrace is decorated according to your tastes and requests using ribbons, candles, lanterns, tulles in different colors or everything else you heart desires. The suites offered by the hotel are luxurious and romantic with internal Jacuzzis and all the comforts, the best choice for newly weds.
The terrace can host up to 25 guests but have in mind that this is a hotel which does not allow children on the premises since it is mostly attended by couples and honeymooners.
Volcano Villas - Oia
You will find it in Oia, not on the central street but offering a beautiful view of the famous caldera and the volcano. There are a few places where a wedding ceremony can be held, either by the swimming pool while gazing at the beautiful view or at the special place that the owners have formed as you enter the hotel, with a mill and a picturesque church ideal for weddings with many guests since there is ample space.
There are plenty of ideas for decoration depending on what you want, lanterns, candles, tulles, balloons, flowers and more items to make your wedding more romantic or colorful. After the ceremony you can have a small gathering with sweets and drinks by the swimming pool and a reception in one of the restaurants of Oia offering a beautiful view.
Volcano Villas is a great location for big weddings and ideal for families since it can offer apartments for up to 6 people including children.
Katikies Hotel - Oia
Katikies is a charming five star hotel hanging from the cliff, 100 meters above the dazzlingly blue caldera basin, in the picturesque village of Oia. Aegean architecture blends the past with the present in a free form fantasy of stairs, bridges, cubic cottages and infinity swimming pools. Its terraces have the most amazing view and they can accommodate a few guests who can also stay afterwards for dinner (up to 14 people) or just cocktails and a buffet (up to 20 people). The hotel offers 15 luxurious suites and 7 rooms.
Chromata Hotel - Imerovigli
This is a complex of seventeen independent, fully furnished apartments, situated in Imerovigli, only 2km from Fira town and a short walk from the main road of the village and the parking area. It is built on the foundations of old island structures and presents many original, yet at the same time traditional architectural features. Each one of the apartments is individually decorated has a private terrace and is fully equipped to satisfy its guest needs. Fantastic volcano view can be admired from all the areas of the hotel. Although it may have a few steps it is certainly worth staying there.
Chromata is among the few locations most requested for wedding ceremonies and this is not a random event. The view is magical and the scenery is absolutely romantic. The ceremony is either performed on one of the terraces offered by the hotel or on a transparent bridge set right upon the swimming pool. This is also the place where a private dinner can be arranged for the newly weds. Chromata is one of the most ideal locations for small weddings and honeymoons as well. The suites offered, mostly cave houses, are really impressive because of their decoration and some of them offer internal swimming pools.
La Maltese - Imerovigli
La Maltese is a beautiful five-star hotel in Imerovigli with a beautiful terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea and the impressive caldera, making it ideal for wedding ceremonies and wedding receptions for up to 120 people. It has no stairs and there is a parking area right outside its entrance. The hotel offers gourmet cuisine and excellent service which make it a dream location along with the panoramic view. The desserts are more than tasty! For weddings that may take place at noon there is a beautiful pavilion overlooking the volcano. The scenery is very romantic and all your pictures will look wonderful.
Pantheon Villas - Imerovigli
You will find Pantheon Villas in Imerovigli as well. It is a nice hotel with comfortable rooms some of them offering private swimming pools, ideal for honeymooners!
Right by the pool there is a nice pavilion where weddings can take place and on the top floor you will see the restaurant which has the most incredible view. It can host large groups of people so it is great for big wedding receptions with many guests or just the two love birds since this is a really romantic spot. There is ample parking space right outside the front door.
Cliffside Suites - Firostefani
These suites offer the view that Santorini is known for, the caldera and the volcano. Pictures cannot describe the beauty of the scenery from the hotel's terraces where weddings are performed. The photos can only be magical in a place like this. The apartments offered are mainly comfortable cave houses offering all the facilities and amenities of a four star hotel. They have large balconies and apartments which can accommodate up to six people including children although many hotels in Santorini do not. On the lower level there is a swimming pool and a breakfast area. The rates offered for the rooms of Cliffside suites are very reasonable and since the hotel is ideal for big weddings all your guests can stay there.
Aegean Plaza - Kamari
Many weddings take place in Aegean Plaza and guests keep coming back for a second and third time afterwards. No need to talk about the service since it is excellent, Aegean Plaza offers many rooms for all your guests and a very nice environment in Kamari very close to the beach.
The hotel is ideal for big weddings and guests with children since there are big swimming pools, no stairs and ample parking space.
Thalassa - Kamari
It is right next to the beach in Kamari and it has a big swimming pool and many rooms to accommodate many guests. It is ideal for weddings by the beach and it also has a beach bar so you could have a wedding party over there as well. The environment will remind you of a small island neighborhood but have in mind that most of the rooms don't have sea view.
Imperial Med - Monolithos
Only two kilometers from Kamari and only a breath away from the sea you will find Imperial Med, the only five-star hotel in Santorini offering such low rates especially during specific months of the year, like May.
The hotel offers a serene environment, a large swimming pool, comfortable rooms, a very nice restaurant where the reception can take place after the wedding and a beautiful terrace with a great view for the ceremony. If you don't want the reception to take place over there you can always choose one of the other restaurants that we have to offer you in Kamari in very reasonable prices. One of those restaurants is Nichteri.
Apanemo - Akrotiri
This is a traditional village style complex of independent and fully equipped studios and apartments some with a wooden loft which are all are built in the traditional island style. Apanemo hotel is located in Akrotiri (famous for its antiquities and excavations). The hotel offers panoramic views of the famous caldera, the volcano and the deep blue Aegean sea. Your honeymoon there will be very special in a friendly, hospitable and family environment that will make your visit a memorable one. The traditional architecture and furniture along with the family service will guarantee unforgettable holidays for you.
During wedding ceremonies, the area by the pool is decorated beautifully and seats are set for all the guests. Right after the wedding we can arrange for your guests and newly weds to have a small party with drinks and sweets or wedding cake and then a transfer to a beautiful restaurant overlooking the caldera for the reception and dinner in Fira or in Aeolos which is a very nice traditional tavern offering Greek cuisine nearby.
Many people may say that the location of Apanemo is a disadvantage since it is quite far from Fira but trust me on this one, the friendly service and the beautiful scenery will make your stay worthwhile.
