Santorini is an island famous for its wines and that's why it is only natural to find many wineries on the island selling some of the most tasty wines. Apart from the production of wine, wineries are often used for celebrations, wedding receptions and wedding ceremonies in locations that their owners have formed especially for such occasions. Have in mind that although wineries are very beautiful they are usually formed to host wedding receptions with many guests and they are more expensive than hotel terraces or restaurants.

Volcan Wines - Koutsoyannopoulos Winery
Volcan Wines is one of the wineries where we could organize a wedding and reception for you including all the decorations and transfers for both the couple and guests.
This is a winery owned by Mr. Koutsoyannopoulos and it includes on the premises a wine museum for which the guests and couple, who has booked the special spot used for weddings and receptions, can have a free entrance. You will find Volcan Wines winery on the way to Kamari.
It provides a well-organized area for the ceremony and the reception although it does not offer caldera view and that is why the price for renting the location is very reasonable and lower than that of other wineries. During the reception free wine is offered. The menu depends on the guests' requirements and it is prepared on request. The location can host up to 300 people and it has ample space for live music and a dance floor.
Santo Wines
You will find it in Pyrgos. It offers the most incredible view of the volcano and the sea and it is ideal for big receptions and romantic wedding ceremonies. Apart from the receptions and weddings guests have the opportunity to visit the specific winery for wine tasting tours or just for a cup of coffee since a cafe is operating on the premises offering an amazing view. The main terrace of Santo Wines is also available for receptions and it can accommodate up to 120 people including tables and chairs.
Apart from the extra decoration offered by us, Santo Wines wedding spot is decorated with tulles, the wedding table is dressed with white linen tablecloth and ribbons and two bottles of wine named after the newlyweds are offered to the couple.
Antoniou Winery
Antoniou Winery is a winery close to Pyrgos Village, with open-air areas looking at the impressive caldera. This is a more traditional place for wedding ceremonies which can host up to 100-140 people.
Apart from the decoration offered by us the wedding table is decorated with a white linen tablecloth and glass columns with candles which are situated on the right and left side of the table and the chairs are also covered with white linen. The above mentioned decoration of the venue is included in the booking rate.
